1. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

Our services are designed for lawful travel connectivity. You may not use our services for illegal activity, spam, fraud, scams, malware, network abuse, or activities that disrupt other networks.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

2. Device Settings and Carrier Charges

You are responsible for configuring your device correctly, including roaming settings and SIM/eSIM data priority. We are not responsible for roaming charges, long-distance fees, or carrier penalties caused by incorrect device settings.

3. Travel eSIM and SIM Conditions

• eSIM service requires an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device.
• Physical SIM service requires a carrier-unlocked device.
• Coverage, speed, and quality depend on local carrier networks and may vary by location.
• Unlimited plans, if offered, may be subject to fair usage limits.
• Activation periods and expiry rules depend on the specific product purchased.

4. Refunds and Returns

Activated eSIMs, scanned QR codes, and shipped or activated physical SIM cards are considered used. Refunds are not available for used services unless a verified technical defect on our side prevents connectivity and is reported within 48 hours of arrival.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
